AGROPEX

Factory made, insulated, flexible pipes AGRO-PEX are perfectly suited for transporting heating media and hot water from the place production to the place of consumption.

The pipes are made in two series:

  • Pipes with an operating pressure of 6 bar for transporting hot water with a temperature of up to 90°C.
  • Pipes with an operating pressure of 10 bar for transporting hot water with a temperature of up to 60°C.
  • No elbows or other compensators – the pipelines are self-compensating,
  • No welded joints,
  • Increased operational safety due to reduction of junctions,
  • Reduction of labour hours due to shortening of construction period, examination of welded joints is not necessary.
  • Fast assembly without special tools,
  • Minimal loss of pressure due to the low internal roughness of the service pipe,
  • High resistance against corrosion and chemical substances,
  • Easy bypassing of obstacles,
  • Easy assembly – a small team without special tools,
  • Resistance against incrustation – no depositions of limestone in the service pipe.

PRE-INSULATED, FLEXIBLE AGRO-PEX PIPES

The flexible AGRO-PEX pipes are produced as single pipes with a diameter of Dz 25 to Dz 125 mm and as double pipes with a diameter of Dz 25 to Dz 63 mm.

The pipe system, which is designed for the operational pressure of 6 bar, consists of two pipes with the same diameter in a thermal insulation, while the pipes which transport the hot water consist of pipes with different diameters (flow pipe with a larger diameter and return pipe with a smaller diameter).

The whole system includes shaped pieces of every kind: Prefabricated bend, flat and ascending T-pieces, Y-transition pieces for the junction of the single and double pipes, shrink-on sleeves, insulation clasps, wall ducts, pipe end caps, as well as a whole range of brass HELA, screw-fitted couplings. These couplings are made from dezincing resistant brass and feature a module design and an easy assembly.

The AGRO-PEX pipes with diameters of Dz 25 to Dz 125 mm are delivered to the construction site in spools with a length of up to 400 m and can be laid directly from the spool into the trench.

The flexibility of the pipes allows for any kind of pipeline routing and a bypassing of obstacles without having to use shaped pieces.

Thus, the number of junctions is reduced.

Advantages of the flexible AGRO-PEX piping system:
